The Warranty You’ll (Hopefully) Never Need — But Be Glad You Have
Let’s be honest — when most people hear “limited warranty,” their eyes glaze over. It’s the part of the project where you start picturing fine print, vague promises, and a customer service rep who ghosts you the second you mention the word “crack.”
But when it comes to your court, the warranty shouldn’t be the source of stress. In fact, if we’ve done our job right, it should be the last thing on your mind — well behind more exciting choices like color combinations, court logos, or whether to go with that net rebounder you saw in your neighbor’s backyard.
That’s why we keep it simple, solid, and built for the long haul.
Here’s what surprises most people: our outdoor tiles come with up to a 20-year limited warranty — and we actually stand behind it. No loopholes, no legal gymnastics. If something goes wrong due to material or manufacturing defects, we’ll repair or replace it based on a clear, no-haggle schedule.
We’ve been doing this since the late ’70s. We’re still here — and that’s not because we ran from our warranties.
Real Coverage. Real Longevity.
Whether you’re looking at a backyard pickleball court or an indoor modular floor for your rec room or gym, each Sport Court product has a warranty that aligns with how it’s built and what it’s meant to handle.

What’s Not Covered (Let’s Just Get It Out There)
We’re straight shooters. So here’s the shortlist of exclusions that come with every court product:
- Misuse (like using indoor tiles outside — yes, it’s happened)
- Installation on warped or uneven sub-surfaces
- Natural disasters (we haven’t figured out how to warranty against hail… yet)
- Vandalism or unapproved modifications
- Failing to follow approved maintenance procedures
Basically: treat your court like a high-performance piece of equipment (because it is), and it’ll hold up for years.

How Claims Actually Work (Spoiler: It’s Not a Fight)
Here’s where our customers are usually pleasantly surprised: we don’t haggle.
If you think something’s wrong, you call your Sport Court rep. We’ll ask for some photos, maybe a tile sample, and sometimes schedule a quick site visit. If it’s covered, we get the repair or replacement in motion. No gotchas. No finger-pointing.
Your Focus Should Be on Fun
Your investment deserves protection — and it has it. So by the time you’re choosing surface colors and tossing around logo ideas with the family, our hope is that your warranty is just a quiet source of confidence in the background.
Because peace of mind is part of the play, too.
Need Service? No Problem. Here’s How That Works.
While most of our warranty claims are rare and straightforward, sometimes you just need a little tune-up. Maybe your basketball rim isn’t adjusting properly. Maybe a lightbulb’s out. Maybe you’ve got curious raccoons and need a net re-tywrap (yes, that’s a thing).
The good news? We’ve made the process refreshingly simple.
Here’s what a typical maintenance request looks like:
- Most service calls are under $300
- Most work can be done in a single weekday
- You get to choose if you want an estimate first, a call if it goes over $300, or for us to just go ahead and fix it
What You Can Request
Our Maintenance Request Form covers everything from:
-
Light fixture repair or upgrades
-
Basketball hoop issues (rims, nets, backboards)
-
Containment netting repair or replacement
-
Modular tile surfacing (realign, clean, relabel, or replace)
-
Line painting for new games or faded courts
Want us to swing by and just take a look? There’s even an Onsite Estimate option. You can upload photos, include gate codes, and tell us everything we need to make it seamless.
Bottom line: if you’ve got a court issue, we’ve got it handled — quickly, clearly, and with the same attention to detail you saw on day one.
